My friend that I spoke of earlier finally got her ig to a vet today. The vet thought it was probably a broken bone, and would be just fine. I wonder how that could be true at all. All signs say infect. Pus came from the area when my friend pulled it off. She also told me today that the area around it it starting to turn black. I talked a doctor(of humans) he said it was probably going to become gangrenous if not properly treated, then the leg would need to be amputated, if not the ig would die. It sounds like my doctor know more about it then her vet. The vet also said to feed it crickets and mealworms. I went nuts when I heard that one. I hope she doesn't do that. The vet says the ig isn't eating because it's not eating crickets and mealworms. I am so angry that I didn't get to go with, cause I would have had some fun with that vet.
