I was wondering what is the best thing to clean this with, and are there any ideas on how i can keep his nose from getting cut on the bars? They are coated of course, and I know that bars are not the best, but I don't have the money yet to build his new enclosure. For now, I have been jsut opening the door and waiting for him to come out on his own. That seems to make it easier on us both. Even though sometimes I still have to chase him down in my room. :)

Jake,
On what to clean your iguana's wound with, use Neosporin once a day. DO NOT use Hydrogen Peroxide on reptiles. If the wound extends to the edge of the jaw, You may have to get your liz to open her/his mouth to check for infection. It sounds like with yours getting the mouth open is an easy task.
