Ok My two cents again! First I definitely agree that if you don't have the room you shouldn't be able to own one, BUT!!! What if you say have a 6'x6' cage not a whole room but allow the iguana to free roam or take it outside on a leash/restraint very often. Then this might keep you from having one because you were not in a sense providing a full room for the iguana. Next unless you do actual home inspections regularly there is no absolute way to control this. There will always be the people who say Oh of course I have plenty of room while keeping them in a small aquarium/reptarium/BOX!!!

So I again can see the pros but toooooo many cons!!!
