If your ig is eating a good salad mix there is no need for commercial food...much of it is fillers, artificial dyes, and junk. I'm not saying it is devoid of all nutrition, but you can do a lot better with a fresh diet. Dry food is very dehydrating too. People that use this now may not notice any ill side effects now, but it could cut years off the back end of your ig's life...kidney failure. They wouldn't be eating this in the wild, that is for sure. Some people use them for emergencies which I can understand, but Sleestack has never had any. I do feed some pellets to my bearded dragon when he'll take them but he still gets a varied diet of mainly veggies, live prey, and minimal pellets. Those pellets contain protein and are a bit more balanced for his diet although I'm still wary. I think he's only eaten about 2 pellets this year anyway.
