That's what happened to me. The beautiful dandelion leaves I would buy at the market would be gross within two days! Then I checked the settings, and I think my roommate, had turned it to "Coldest Freezer Setting". I turned it back to normal, and also I cut the elastic that holds the bunch together right when I get them home, and put them in a plastic bag with paper towels to minimize excess moisture.
