Cause for concern??-long

I have heard many things about MBD and that the jaws become
swollen. I have noticed the last week that the area between
her ear and jowl looks swollen. She has been in shed since
her adoption in September and has shed this area a few times.
The best way to describe it I guess is to say the jowl itself
looks larger and sticks out more especially on the top. She
does have old MBD which the vet says was corrected and I have
followed her diet, lighting, heat and enclosure by the book.
She seems very happy, eats well, poops normally, and has actually
sought me out for some attention at times. She has grown about
4 inches and has probably gained well over a pound.

With this information, does it sound like MBD or is this
enlargement normal?
