I have seen a Lot of people Free roam their Igs. In My Opinion, It's not the greaest idea. Igs need to have their UVB bulb on them all day. They can't get it if they're free roaming. Others Probably will disagree with me.
Mine Guy Only Poos in His bath.... Other then that, I don't know how to potty train an Ig....
How Do You handle breeding season? Stay out of their Way! :)
I use an Cat nail clipper. You just cut the tip off, The Needle. Usually, before they trust you, It's earier to wrap them up in a towel. Have someone else Hold him while you focus on the nails. Don't cut the quick, that hurts. Just the Very tip.
