I took Guano to the vet this morning. The vet cleaned his tail and said the best i could do was watch it for a few days, and then see if anything needed to be done from there. Hopefully it'll be fine and we'l lbe done with this little ordeal. His tail looks fine now that the "dead" part is gone, but of course that doesnt mean that theres no infection or anything there. I'll keep everyone updated, and thanks for your advice!
