(it is only a guess)your ig was not sooo sick and the vet gave him a too much strong dose of antibiotic??I dont know, but since i lost a beautiful female dog because the vet gave her a super srong dose of analgesic i cant trust vets, with a syringe in his hands, anymore!In my opinion this story is weird...

::Actually the doctor never gave me a straight answer. It seems the infection might have started in his mouth. Don't know how he got it. He was a free roamer so he did not rub against anything. The antibiotics did not do anything for him though. I wish I would have caught it earlier. The outcome might have been different.
