Well it is always a good idea to take a fresh fecal sample in a couple times per year to check for parasites/worms. I try to do it 2-4x per year myself. What kind of MV bulb do you have? Also, you should vary your diet more. You don't want to feed him the same veggie all the time. Alternates are mustards, turnip greens, dandelion, watercress, endive, escarole. Use a variety of squash, snow peas, green beans, and minimal fruit such as berries, melon, mango, papaya.

:Hey I have an iguana that is just under a year old and is only a little over a foot long. I use a mercury vapor bulb and an infrared bulb on top of his cage. The Vapor bulb turns off at night and his red one stays on all the time to keep temps up. What could be stunting his grouwth? I feed him dietary supplements such as calium. His diet also consists of little bit of fruit but mostly collard greens. He is in a 5' tall 4' wide and 3' deep cage. Could this be parasites even tho he eats awsomely and is very plump and green? He has plenty of room to get moderate his body temp and also has a large water dish in which his whole body fits. If anyone has info. pleas tell me.
:(I KNOW SOMEONE POSTED A MESSAGE LIKE MINE BUT MINE IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT SITUATION) THANK YOU FOR READING
