Flavia, if he has decided that you are a suitable mate he certainly may bite you. A breeding season bite is nothing to take lightly. He could possibly bite and not let go. These males have extremely powerful jaws. I remember once that Charlie grabbed my upper arm while in season. Luckily I was wearing a long sleeved turtleneck over a heavy sweatshirt and all he got was fabric. We had a heck of a time getting him loose tho. Imagine if that were some part of your anatomy?? As I said earlier, please practice extreme caution with Godzilla right now. Always be aware of his location, read his body language, don't underestimate him or believe that he'd never bite you, and wear shoes and socks!
