whole cage!!!If you read my first post you will see that i was recommending the bottom you see in the photo as very clean and without smell. No igs painting and swimming in poop/peep!The sustrate absorbs the liquid and the fecal matter dries.I change the substrate once a week and thats all.Like that i can keep the bottom spotless without too much trouble! This bottom can be used in any type of cage!!!Although im Brazilian and ive been living in tropical countries my entire life (except for 3 years when i lived in France)i can understand how difficult must be to keep adequate levels of temperature and humidity for your igs during the winter!!

but i was giving adviceIm Brazilian and ive lived in tropical countries my entire life (with exeption of 3 years when i lived in France)so its natural for me to be in a hot and humid:I've had to use a cat cage in a pinch for an ig house. Two things I want to point out are 1.) The cage was in a "reptile room" where the ambiant heat and humidity were high enough for the iguana to be comfortable. 2.) This particular cat cage was made of rubber/plastic coated wire.

:The problem with most cat cages is that the wire they are made of, if uncoated, can be sharp enough to do injury to an iguana. Also, agin like the parrot cage, unless you live in a tropical environment OR have a room set up with constant high heat and humidity, it's difficult to regulate heat and humidity because it is so open.

:Flavia, when you give advice you need to keep in mind that you live in a tropical place, the person you are giving advice to might not. Using the types of cages you are suggesting are not going to work for most people. Most people are going to need to create a tropical environment.
