You can go to your local hardware store and buy a roll of linoleum! They come in many patterns and colors. It's cheap, effective, and more aesthetically pleasing than newspapers.
I hope that helps a little bit ^_~ You don't have to do anything fancy with it, just cut to size and lay it in. You might want to cut it about 2 inches outisde the ouline of the floor of your cage, and tuck up the excess onto the walls to prevent messes from getting underneath and growing funk in your iguanas cage! =) Lay it down, either stapple it to the walls or put up some floor dividers (like those brass ones used in the threshold of a room) to keep it flush to the wall.
