:My iguana, Ocho, was diagnosed as having a tail stricture. This is a tightening ring around the tail, about five inches from the end, that tends to cut off circulation and eventually cause the end of the tail to drop off. It seems tobe getting worse, and she seems to be in pain from it; agitated, and not her usually friendly self; difficult to handle without gloves. We hate to have it amputated, but we don't want her to be in pain, either. Have any of you been able to heal this sort of condition? Please copy reply directly to my email address, redorman@theofficenet.com. Thanks.
