Until I saw it hanging of a branch with one toe, It used to be in a wire cage,lots of ventilation,lots of sun. But then I transfered it into a glass aquarium because I thought it needed extra heat.Now it has a heat bulb on 24/7...dunno if its UV though but I'm very sure the sun hits the aquarium sometime in the morning.Thank you so much for your thoughts.:o)
:that it's not getting any/enough UVB becuase it's in the aquarium. Glass, unless specifically engineered to allow it, prevents any UVB from passing through it. Small gauge screen or wire mesh will have the same effect. I've found that anything smaller than 1/2" wire mesh will decrease the amount of available UVB by as much as 50%.
