How can you be so sure??How can you be so sure there's no iguana and that Bill Jonhson didnt kill him with that rod only because he was upset with us??Lets pretend the whole story was true.A 40/50 years old guy that hates animals arrives to his new apartment only to find out there is a nasty green creature hidden in his beautiful new closet(at least he thinks its beautiful).As he didnt have anything to do he decided to post a message in the Internet like that he will be able to chat to new people and to have a few minutes of entertainment.But the new people he met on INTERNET was not nice to him.So he blames the iguana. He looks at the iguana again and the only thing he sees is a mean beast that whips the tail to him and makes open mouth threats.Then he thinks it was the fault of this iguna people was not nice to him.So guess what he will like to do??
Perhaps the whole story was not true, but there is a possibilty it is, so....

:I can't believe you actually said that Flavia. You make it sound like this was a hostage situation. "The life of that cute thing" (iguana) was solely dependant on no one other than the yahoo currently in possession of it, unfortunately. The method in which "Mr." Johnson decided to treat that iguana (if in fact there really WAS an iguana to begin with) was decided long before he came to this board. The sad truth is that there are always going to be individuals with that same mentality regardless of what anyone says to them. If they are not already predisposed to have at least a passing interest in animals in general there is absolutely no way that they can be convinced otherwise. I for one will never refrain from telling someone to remove their cranium from their rectum if/when said individual is exhibiting the same level, or lack thereof, intelligence after asking for assistance. The bottom line is that, if there really was an iguana, it's most like already dead. Regardless of that fact, "Mr." Bill could VERY easily be charged with cruelty simply for the exhibition that he put on for us over the last several days. Nothing was dependant on anyone here - EVERYthing depended on "Mr." Bill and his willingness to learn from/about a situation - which he evidently did not.
