If the weather is the same as in Malaysia the level of humidity must be around 80 or 90%, right??So if you give water to your igs and if you give them weekly baths i dont think they could be dehydrated.Perhaps your ig had worms. When I de-wormed my igs they stopped eating for a few days.If your ig was already weak and stayed a few days without eating he became much more weak. But when he starts eating again he will become more strong. But dont stop hand feeding it!!

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ i:Last monday, I had my Juvinille Ig examined by the vet, He said it was skinny...he gave it vaccinations. One was deworming and the other one is so that my Ig will get its appitite back.A few days later(friday) I noticed my iguana with its eyes closed during the day and it seemed weak. When I picked it up, it wasnt as jumpy as it usually is. Anyway,I put it under an Infared heat bulb 24hours. It got its strenght back and it eats cuz I hand feed it sometimes. The skin is still very loose. Is it because it is dehydrated? What can I do to make it healthy again? I feed it a varaition of Green leaves and it gets sunlight everyday.Thanks. Oh.if it helps...I have a 6 year old healthy ig that I raised since she was a juvinille also...nevert had this problem with her although when she was still a juvi, I had the same vet check up on her and he gave the same vaccinations after examining her stool.
