Greens: Collard, Dandelion,Kale,Chinese cabbage flower leaves
Small amounts of romaine, mustard or spinach (romaine is mostly water and spinach, mustard greens - bind with calcium and reduces absorption
Vegetables: All fresh: Acorn, Yellow, Banana, Summer Squashes,Zucchini, Carrots, Greenbeans, snow peas
Small amounts of asparagus, tomatoes, peppers, parsnips, pumpkin, sweet potato and Alfa sprouts. Small amounts of tomatoes, peppers, parsnips, pumpkin and most beans are high in Oxalic acid and bind to reduce absorption of calcium and other nutrients if used in large amounts.
Fruits: Pears, Peaches,Raspberries(annies favorite), Blackberries(skittles favorite), Strawberries, Melon, Mango, Star fruit, Papaya, peeled Grapes.
Both are in natural sunlight almost year round, they have to be moved inside about 20 days/30 nights of the year
