question/concern

My iggy is doing something weird (to me, at least) Sometimes when I go to look at him outside of his cage, he's REALLY dark. Mostly on his head, almost a dark gray/brown. After he's been out and held for a little while, it goes to the pretties light green coloring.

However, this morning, he stayed dark... He is in the process of shedding (slowly and in lots of chunks) if that contributes to his head coloring. Still very active and very alert and eating like a pig. (I cheated this morning and added in some squash,zuchini, and green beans to his leafies =))

Should I worry (I probably will) or is this normal?
