Well, i use to say i love my kids, they are great kids, i use to say i love my husband, he is the best husband in the world, i use to say i love my dogs, all of them are the most wonderful dogs in the world, why i should not say i love my iguanas they make the best pets in the world???
I hope people that like to read my post are not going to have kids and dogs and husbands too!!

hmm... looks like what i meant was misinterpreted. what I meant was that you seemed overly exuberant about your feelings toward iguanas. Im sure everyone here loves their iguanas bunches, but with such a positive attitude and making them seem like they're easy to take care of will prob give people reason to believe that they don't require special attention or care. By saying that they are GREAT PETS people would jump at the opportunity to get one. They are great animals to have if you are willing to care for them properly, but not great pets for the old, young, inexperienced, gutless (you've gotta have guts to fight a 6 foot male iguana! lol), not financially stable, and those who are not strong enough to handle one proficiently.
:Im not badmouthing iguanas... how could I?! =P
