I'd say back the controller off by 5* and see how the enclosure reacts. Temps, overall sound fine if not a bit high actually. You generally want to have the basking spot cruise between 90* and 95*. We've never had any problems with igs when keeping night temps between 70-75 at all. And there's nothing that says you can't turn the temp controller down in the morning and back up at night.
