What's in Green Vegan?
We only use the best quality and freshest greens and vegetables availabe. Greens such as Collard, Turnip, Mustard and Dandelion are carefully selected, prepared and packaged for quick and easy use. Vegetables may include a variety of squashes and legumes. Please note that we NEVER use lettuce of any kind in our salads.
So they never actually give you a list of what is in it... Could be just about anything, except lettuce. There's a whole bunch of "such as" and "variety" though...

:Well it sounds good as far as ingredients...handy for those that can't find the proper veggies in their area. However, I do wonder about the freshness factor as well. I know I rarely get turnip or mustard greens at one of my local stores because they are always starting to turn yucky already (in the pre-packaged bags). So I only buy those from the farmer's market or another store when they carry them. I am lucky in that I have 3 sources only a few blocks away from me so I can always find something fresh...but I always see something not so fresh as well!
