Well it sounds good as far as ingredients...handy for those that can't find the proper veggies in their area. However, I do wonder about the freshness factor as well. I know I rarely get turnip or mustard greens at one of my local stores because they are always starting to turn yucky already (in the pre-packaged bags). So I only buy those from the farmer's market or another store when they carry them. I am lucky in that I have 3 sources only a few blocks away from me so I can always find something fresh...but I always see something not so fresh as well!
