i have a question that i have never found an answer to on any web site so far. would feeding an iguana peanut butter or anytype of nut be harmful? i have never given my iguana any, but i used to feed my birds peanut butter and i read in a book that it was a very good protien source for birds. i would think that the problem with nuts would be too high of a fat content. is this correct? if not, what is the correct reason that nuts would be harmful for an iguana? just a thought.....
