:I don't know about all of these veggies, but I may be of a little help. :-) I did some research on kangkong for Flavia some time ago, and as I recall from the nutritional info, it seemed to be good for igs. Bok choy, on the other hand, should only be fed once in awhile. It's a goitrogen (not good for igs in large quantities). You can include it in the diet, but do not make it a staple food.

:I don't know about sweet potato tops, but sweet potatoes themselves are good for igs. And I don't know anything about ceylon spinach/alogbati.
