:::so to find out if she absobed them, i need to go to the vet? i can't feel any eggs in her stomach, nor could i to begin with. what do you think?

:In my opinion, a vet visit is a good idea. In my case, it was the first time Iggi had become gravid. She was scatching at the glass of the window, and crawling through the window blinds, over and over. We noticed her arms and legs were getting a little orange, so we took her into the vet. He felt her, and pronounced her gravid. He said to bring her in if she didn't lay the eggs. That was back in February/March of this year. Now we walk her outside a couple times a day (weather permitting). It will be harder to detect gravidity by her behavior.

:what does gravid mean? is this another saying for pregnant? or does it just mean the ig has eggs? my vet didn't use this terminology, who knows why or why not. thanks tho, after the holidays, i'll see about getting her in one to see how things are going, if they are, and two to see if she's even still pregnant.
