Sue & Iguanamomma...could it be pyoderma?
Common to igs...leaves that marking discoloration and spots...its a catch all diagnosis really...but Sue if the betadine didn't work/ & biopsy didn't reveal anything...have vet (next time your out) do a culture on it(serous fluid) to r/o pyoderma (bacterial infection) Its slow...is it progressing Sue?...really should have it cultured one of these days....alot of times...discoloration remains..kinda like shingles in people.
