: Hi, Good luck with the contest. Me and family will be pulling for you. Question, The dark spots on the upper part of Cirsis's back look very similar to some that Xavier has developed in the last month. His are larger and run more down the side on one side but are present on both sides. It feels like normal skin and is not raised or puffy. Any ideas? Thanks, good luck again and Happy Herping with lots of Blue/Purple Hibiscus from us all. Iguana03

I took Cirsis to th vet twce about these spts.A few were raised,so they did a biopsy on them. When cut off, they were topical,no roots or anything like that, leaked clear bright green sera. Not a fugus or parasite,,,sent to two top herper in the country,,,,no results,,,unknown.I tease my vets about trying o get them written up in the her ve med books with the unusual stuff for herps.Still have no idea, antibiotics and bedidoine(sp)(tried too)used.Said spots would likely stay and even multiply,,,but no answers from anyone in the country about them.Hope that that confused you as much as it does me,,,but thats al I know after all that lab work.Sorry, but lots of double red hibiscus to you
