Zoey has passed

Zoey died about an hour ago. She got progressively worse. We tried sugar water to hydrate her and give her glucose (my mom is a vet tech...well, somewhat) but it didn't help. I just found out that my dad painted the house without shutting and sealing off my door. Could it have been from the paint fumes? She was a healthy igg when I got her. I just want to know what I did wrong so I won't make the same mistake with future lizards.
