Mercury vapor bulbs for basking and UV - $55-80.
Radiant heat panels controlled by temperature controllers - $70-120.
Ultrasonic humidifier - $40 +/-.
That equipment and associated fixtures, etc should run you all of about $250 +/- depending on where purchased and should not have to be replaced for a minimum of one year depending on the piece of equipment. Run on timers when necessary, maintainence of equipment can be cut to a minimum - daily filling of the humidifier being the only thing necessary as far as equipment goes.
