For short term use tums do the calcium boosting. All Sprays on the market are mostly water and do not provide any real supplement. The powdered supplements lacking D3 are the best bust what you need now is MAJOR calcium boosting and it is my experience with severely calcium deficient iguanas as well as my vets and several other rescuers is that when the iguana is not that far gone tums WILL give immediate results as a short term booster. The situation that you provided in fact would be the case of requiring such a boost. Neocal will also give short term boosting however is is VERY VERY costly. In my case of operating a rescue on my spare money left over after bills, tums is more cost efficient.

:Here is a fun little fact. Tums, although they advertise that they are a good source of calcium, this unfortunately is not the case. Do they contain calcium? Certainly. However, Tums interferes with vitamin D absorption, which in turn aides in calcium absorption. I know this to be true for human physiology, but how closely this correlates with reptiles is unknown to me. To be on the safe side, I'm supplementing with Four Paws Nature's Reptile calcium spray. It recommends to administer 3 drops orally per day in calcium deficient reptiles. Time will tell if this is the correct course.
