Great news bexley!
It sounds like he is really dehydrated with such a hard poop! I would definitely push some fluids into him and keep up with the soaks. As long as he is eating some, I'm sure eventually you can get a good diet into him. He may be picky at first. When he gets healthier, he'll probably naturally take to a better diet. If not, there are ways! (we are smarter than them even if they like to think we are not!)
