There are some things that can confuddle blood test results - please see the Abnormal Lab Values in Reptiles article at my site.
If he is dehydrated, he needs to be rehydrated so as not to cause problems when force-feeding. My Fluids and Fluid Therapy in Reptiles article goes into ways to boost fluids, but he may need a jump-start by getting some subcutaneous fluids from the vet. Then check out the Emaciation (Starvation) Protocol article for info on concocting a slurry for herbivores...and use of beneficial bacteria if he hasn't been eating for some time.
Any kinds of stressors going on? Even when the physical environment (temps, daily cycles, diet, etc.) are fine, there are other things that can cause enough stress to affect appetite, behavior and, ultimately, immune function and ability to fight off disease.
Once you get some feces to test, get that checked out, too, as prolonged stress can cause a jump in one or more of the various populations of organisms normally found in the gut, organisms that are usually neutral (if not actually helpful), but that can cause moderate to severe problems if their numbers climb too high.
Let us know what you find out!
