Help, Ms Attidude is still not doing well.

I wrote some time back about Ms Tude and her swollen arm.
Well the vet put her on baytril, she seamed to do well. But then
this spot showed up on her back leg, it's an off colored with a
black ring? Any suggetions on how to treat it. Additionaly she
had a spot that looked like she was sheading, but it started
oozing a almost clear liquid. Took her to the vet for both
conditions, but the betadine washes he suggested are not working.
Does any one have any suggestions.
