Iguana food and size help

About size... How long should be a 1 year iguana??

About the food... Which are the best vegetables to feed iguanas?
Which are the worst (poor nutrient)? and What about toxic (dangerous) vegetables for iguanas?? and some ideas to prevent iguanas to select certain veggies in the salad.

For example some people say spinach is toxic because of oxalic acid, but what i read is that oxalic acid is present in plants like Philodendron, Tradescantia, Singonium, pothos...
