What Spike is showing you are his hemipenes. Male Igs have two (that's right, two) penises, called hemipenes. It's not uncommon to see them (or at least one of them) at pooping time, since the vent is used for both elimination and copulation. It's not a problem unless one of the hemipenes comes out, and doesn't go back in, and/or becomes swollen. As long as things are going in and out smoothly, there's no problem.
