Need Male Iguana advice

I believe my male iguana Hemlock has hit puberty i rubbing himself against the vines in his cage. Is there any advice anyone can give me should i get him a female. I need any advice i can get. I also wanted some advice on taming Iguanas ive recieved Hemlock as a gift. He doesnt like me so if anyone can give me advice on taming i would really appreciate it....
