The pariteal eye doesn't look like an eye, eye. It is just a little grey circle on the top of the head between the eyes. Sometimes its a diff. color.

:I know he has the 3rd eye...but its not visible yet...It still looks like a dark scale...I think its funny because he is already 2 years and a half, maybe a little more!

: You probably just aren't seeing it.I've never seen a new born ig,,but I've had very tiny iglets and they all have that third eye right away.
