I know he has the 3rd eye...but its not visible yet...It still looks like a dark scale...I think its funny because he is already 2 years and a half, maybe a little more!

You probably just aren't seeing it.I've never seen a new born ig,,but I've had very tiny iglets and they all have that third eye right away.
