Dane County has a very nice shelter. I was amazed! I will be
talking to the reptile lady there, I think her name is Liz.
She was not in yesterday. There was a sign on the cage that
said "use shallow dishes for food and water" I am not sure
why this is. I am suspecting some kind of an inability to climb
due to the malformation of her toes but she seem to be able to
grasp OK. The staff ask me yesterday if I wanted to put a hold
on her and said at least 3 times that she has been there a long
time. Do they euthanize their ig after a certain period? I
am very interested in her! I will post again after I get some
more information on her.
