Well running is completly normal. And while "pressing his nose against the glass" may be cute, it can cause nose damage if done to often.

If a baby iguana is going to sleep on you after you get him out, I'd take him to the vet. Baby iguanas are not supposed to be calm by any means. A vet visit is a good idea after buying any animal anyways, have you been yet?
