I completely agree but Some stories.... Ugh!
One guy stoped me and said : "I use to have an Iguana. It got about 1 foot and a half long (STL) and I want to know why it died."
First question out of My Mouth was "what did you have it in?"
His Response? "A 20 gallon long tank."
Me: Did you have UVB lights for him?
Him: Nope.
Me: What was the flooring?
Him: Wood chips.
Me: What did you feed him?
Him: Celery and Carrots.
Me: Did you have ANY heat source?
Him: A Hot Rock.
Me: Did have anything to climb on?
Him: Nope.
There was a LOT more said but I think you get the idea (what I told you NOT being the worst of it). And He wanted me to name ONE!!! thing he did to kill the Ig!! I didn't know weather to walk away, shake my head, or just cry! So I told him the basics and He couldn't belive it. He said "I just did what the pet store told me to do." I almost threw up. I still can't believe it. It's really disgusting.
