:I think that every one that takes the time to talk to people about our igs run into the same thing. It does tend to make you crazy! When you have just spent 10-15 minutes talking to someone about the mistakes they are making and how to properly keep them and they give you that "well that's just way too much trouble" attitude and walk away it just makes you want to take them by the throat and shake them a bit!
