While it can take longer to get things back and forth across international borders (taxes, terrorism, etc.), I still have a very lenient return policy and make every effort to address the concerns of Canadian customers as well. When and if you have a problem, feel free to call me and see what our customer service is like.
I do not know anyone who has even spoken directly with a live representative of most of the other reptile companies (or divisions of companies) out there. I really do want to make sure that our customers are not left hanging when they have concerns. Very few people actually take the time to call or write, and give us the chance to make a situation right. Those that do are usually pleasantly suprised.
:I totally 100% agree.
:Your bulbs run from $75-$100 here in Canada depending on where you buy them. I can buy 3 or 4 of my regular UV tubes(ExoTerra Hagen) for that price.
:Not only that but Ive heard (from many customers when I used to work in a pet store) that customer service is not so good for us here in Canada when it comes to replacing your bulbs. And that if you actually DO agree to replace one, it takes 3-6 weeks.
:Make it worth my $ and time, and maybe us in Canada will start buying into these.
