I totally 100% agree.
Your bulbs run from $75-$100 here in Canada depending on where you buy them. I can buy 3 or 4 of my regular UV tubes(ExoTerra Hagen) for that price.
Not only that but Ive heard (from many customers when I used to work in a pet store) that customer service is not so good for us here in Canada when it comes to replacing your bulbs. And that if you actually DO agree to replace one, it takes 3-6 weeks.
Make it worth my $ and time, and maybe us in Canada will start buying into these.
