The reason that I got involved here on the forum is that one individual was posting serious libelous information about Zoo Med. Normally I can not answer all of the questions that you all might post here, but since I am here now:
I assume that the lamps you are experiencing problems with are our incandescent lamps (like the Basking Spot Lamp, Daylight Blue, etc.). All of those lamps are fully guaranteed, and I am happy to stand behind them (get in touch with me and I can replace them for you). I would like to encourage you guys to contact me directly with questions or problems since I can not always be here on the forum and I don't want you to think that I am ignoring you if questions here go unanswered.

::yah right ive bought so many bulbs from your company that last like a week and dont say anything cocky about me still buying them cuz thats all the pet stores around here carry.
