I feed kale. I actually try to rotate out my greens. I also use spinach on occasion. Alot of stuff is bad regularly, but works occasionally. Kale, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, ect... All these CAN be feed, but needs a more occasional stance. Either that or on a lean week greens wise you can add these items to your regular mixture to make it a bit thicker. But remember, when a foods healthyness is debated, occasional stance works best.

:I've always steared away from kale, but upon rereading Melissa K's web page, it says that the chances of thyroid problems by feeding kale are very low, so it should be OK in a mixed salad. Yet J. Swoffords page says "nay, and thrice nay!".
:What's the general feeling on this?
