A few months ago I would recommend you to adopt an adult..Some of them (like the igs Annaka and Solaris adopted) are gorgeous!!!But a few months ago I bought Kenya, my baby female. She was only 1 foot when I bought her and she is soo trustful and nice!!She does not have any afraid of me, I can do with her everything I want!! She does not have past traumas...So I think I will suggest you to by a baby, a hatchling that does not hate people yet.

:I have decided that I want to adopt an iguana. I have done
:much research and after seeing one in person (4 ft male) I am
:hooked.

:My question is which is better to adopt, a young one or an older
:one. I have other pets so I thought a young one would be able
:to get used to them more quickly than an adult. There are also
:good points to getting an adult (knowing temperment, sex, etc)
:Can you please give me some opinions and reasons for these.

:The ig will be spoiled rotten :)
