Twice a month I wash my igs with antiseptic soap.In general I wash them only with water 2 or 3 times a week.I cannot do it more often because I work and frequently I arrive home late from office.But twice a month I wash them with water and soap.Until now nothing happened!!No allergies, no health problems!
I do that because only water cannot completely clean them, only water doesnt remove all the small poops and antiseptic soap avoids skin diseases.
The salesman of a pet shop told me that soap is not good for igs because it dries their skin.The level of humidity where I live is more than 90%!Its the rainy (raining??) season, so it rains all day long!So I dont have to worry about that!
