Glad you showed up here while your ig is new. Lots of folks start asking questions once theirs is sick or dying. Read as many of the posts here as you can , and then ask the questions that weren't answered. Also, check out the links provided. If you educate yourself right away, your pet can live a long and happy life. You must, however, start NOW. Check out the list of suggested food items that folks have posted, and offer small amounts of several items. Yours might not like them all, but will probably soon have a favorite. Keep trying to give him variety, even if he loves one or two things. Again...learn, learn, learn...and good luck! Duffy
:I just got a baby green iguana yesterday and it's very very skitish, as soon as my hand is within 6" of it it does the indy 500 around the cage LOL!!. I hope it calms down a bit,do you think that it will after a while of me talking and handling it?. I think it ate some letuce today but i'm not sure(didn't see it),if it didn't how could i entice it to eat something.Thanks for any help,
